Journey to discover tea places: Vivi and Denny

One of the first encounters, during our journey to discover the tea places, was with Vivi and Denny. Tea master and our suppliers, they founded their company 8 years ago. Vivi, born in the Chinese county of HuoShan (Anhui), a place famous for the collection of yellow tea (discover it in Terza Luna's selection), has always had a passion for tea within her. The meeting with Denny, a great admirer of this world, allowed them over the years to create a network of contacts through which they now export Chinese tea to Italy, Poland, France, USA from the Chinese regions of Yunnan, Sichuan, Hunan, Ubei, Zhejiang, Anhui, and Fujian. They came to visit us bringing with them everything needed for a Gong fu cha (工夫茶, gōngfūchá) which could be translated as 'taking time to prepare tea', that is, a careful (Gongfu) preparation of tea (Cha). We tasted different varieties of tea such as Mi Lan Xian, a variety of oolong Feng Huang Dan Cong that comes from the wonderful mountain in the province of Guangdong and is named after the legendary phoenix; the MiLan Xian that emits enveloping aromas of honey and orchid. As green tea, we tried the new harvest of Long Jing (Available soon.
