Teapots of this type are particularly suitable for tea infusions because they are not too large. This allows for small repeated infusions, which is impossible with large teapots. Furthermore, for those who drink pure teas, these teapots, producing a not too large infusion, allow for the famous multiple infusions with the same leaves, a characteristic of premium teas, but not of flavored ones.

That is, with the same leaves, you can make from 2 to 6 infusions depending on the type of tea you are drinking. Once we have drunk the liquid, the leaves remain in the filter ready to be reused several times. Tokoname teapots are particularly suitable for multiple infusions.
