What the Lunaria Limpia Box Contains

The Lunaria Limpia Box accompanies the Limpia 2026 journey and contains 4 of the 5 plants from the program.

Herbs included in the box:

• Plantain (March 29 – April 7) – fluids, sadness, care

• Dandelion (April 8 – 17) – liver, blood, anger

• Horsetail (April 18 – 27) – kidneys, structure, fears

• Mugwort (April 28 – May 7) – blood, uterus, pleasure

Endometriosis Version: a specific box is available with Rose instead of Mugwort.

Garlic

The first ingredient of the journey is garlic, which is not included in the box because it is easily available.
It is used from March 19 to 28 for its antiparasitic, purifying, and energetic properties, useful for reestablishing physical and emotional boundaries.

Included Materials

In addition to the herbs, the box contains:

• a postcard with the Limpia tracker, to follow the five decades

• a selection of Limpia 2026 stickers with original plant illustrations

The graphics for this edition are new, handcrafted, and created specifically for the Limpia 2026.

Important Information

• The Limpia journey starts on March 19 (herbs are used from March 29);

• The Lunaria Limpia Box must be ordered by March 8;

• To follow the Limpia path, you need to be subscribed to the Lunaria Institute newsletter and follow our social media channels, where the main guidelines are shared;

• For the PRO version of Limpia, to access extra resources, audio and video practices, in-depth guidance from Nadia, and to experience the journey with the Lunaria group, you need to register for the Lunaria Collective;

• The path is not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
