Payment Methods and Security

TerzaLuna.com, for orders placed through the eCommerce site, accepts payments via:

• Credit/debit card: through the Stripe circuit you can pay with your card
• PayPal: active for both PayPal account holders and for payments to be made with credit cards and prepaid cards
• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery

Account data and order phases are protected by the HTTPS protocol, this protocol, equipped with SSL encryption, guarantees maximum security in transactions and data management.

We inform the Customer to make the payment only after receiving an email notification from us about the time needed to retrieve the products you ordered. This communication will be sent within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The retrieval of the ordered products from our suppliers, if they are not available in our warehouses, will only take place upon the actual crediting of the amount due; within 7 working days from the sending of the email notification about the retrieval times of the products, otherwise the order will be canceled.

To speed up the processing of the order, it is essential that the Customer indicates in the reason for the bank transfer:
> the order reference number
> the date of the order
> name and surname of the order holder

In case of purchase with PayPal, no additional charges are foreseen for each order. PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, simply and quickly. By selecting the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to a secure HTTPS page of the PayPal site where you will enter your email address and password and make the payment.

In case of an order with Cash on Delivery, payment will be made exclusively in cash upon delivery to the courier. It is specified that this is an optional service compared to standard delivery, for which a surcharge of 2€ is provided.
