How long can I store cold teas?
Once the bag is removed from the infusion, homemade cold teas can be kept in the fridge for 5-6 days, the important thing is that they are contained in closed jars and that there is no sugar inside. For the storage of homemade cold tea, this operation is essential. Don't forget it!
How long should the bag be left to infuse for cold tea?
In cold water infusions, the bag should be removed from the jar after maximum 24 hours, otherwise, it could compromise the flavor of the homemade cold tea. However, only 2 hours are needed to obtain a great cold tea with the Cold Brew method.
Should I add sugar?
